The vegan factory was born with a passion to create and make available vegan food to anyone interested in healthy and delicious food that is available in traditional restaurants, anyone who wants to reduce the consumption of animal on their diets, to improve their health, help the planet, and future generations. 

Chef Mario Vazquez got a degree in "Health Supportive Culinary Arts" from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. This gives Mario a broader knowledge of plant-based/vegan cuisine with a holistic focus as well as an understanding of how to work with different dietary needs. Our offerings are constantly changing, increasing, and rotating to include products that are local, fresh, and in season.
