Shipping Information

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to prepare your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We recommend storing items in the freezer until ready to consume. The Vegan Factory is not responsible for spoiled items that are left unattended for an extended period, lost, or stolen packages. We ship to the DMV area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). Please allow up to 7 business days for order preparation before shipping. All orders are shipped on the Monday following the order date. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, it will be shipped the next Monday. During holidays when the postal service is closed, shipments will be processed on the Monday after the holiday.

 

Our products are shipped frozen in insulated packaging. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please track your shipment and store the products in the freezer immediately upon receipt. Items should be kept frozen until ready to reheat and consume. For your safety, please handle dry ice with caution, and avoid direct contact with bare hands." TVF is not responsible for spoiled items left unattended for an extended period or for packages that are lost or stolen. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@the-veganfactory.com. We will assist you with resolving the issue.

 

Our products are made to order, so availability is limited. As a small operation with limited commercial kitchen space and storage, we focus on providing the highest quality vegan food. All products are handmade and carefully packaged to ensure an exceptional experience.
